Strategic Finance & Administration Director
Guardian Pharmacy, LLC
Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota, part of the Guardian family, seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis and administration for the Eden Prairie/Minnesota site. You will partner with the President and Pharmacy Operations to optimize margins and drive efficient operations.
The role includes managing billing/collections, asset management, and monthly/quarterly closes, while guiding strategic decisions through real-time financial insights and proactive process improvements.
