Director of Sales
$115k - $140k Salary: $115k-$140k base salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE $200k) and full benefits package
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to drive net-new business growth within the residential construction industry. This individual will be responsible for selling software and technology solutions to homebuilders nationwide, focusing on helping organizations improve operational efficiency, automate processes, reduce costs, and gain greater visibility into their business.
This is an individual contributor role focused on prospecting, relationship building, consultative selling, and closing new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business opportunities within the homebuilding market.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer goals, challenges, and operational needs.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions both virtually and in person.
- Develop relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate net-new business and exceed sales goals.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, or technology solutions preferred.
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and pipeline development skills.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Homebuilding, construction, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
