This role is for a seasoned PR powerhouse with 8+ years of experience who is a master of personal representation and thrives in the high‑stakes world of film, TV, and music. Responsibilities Lead account teams in developing and executing 360‑degree communications strategies for high‑profile talent, incorporating brand integration, influencer strategy, and digital innovation. Serve as a trusted advisor to talent and their management teams, providing unprompted fresh ideas, managing complex client issues, and navigating stressful situations with thoughtful, calm counsel. Leverage an elite network of contacts at Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline, and beyond to secure career‑defining features and manage press lines at major premieres. Manage accounts from start to finish, ensuring goals are met with precision while handling a roster of 4–6 clients efficiently. Collaborate with senior leadership and bi‑coastal teams to execute complex accounts, bridging tech, lifestyle, and entertainment for clients. Mentor and train junior staff on talent PR and professional execution, fostering a collaborative, “we, not me” culture. Identify organic growth opportunities within the roster and lead the creation of sophisticated new business proposals. Model the company’s people‑business standards by treating co‑workers, clients, and media with trust, integrity, and total confidentiality. Who You Are Industry veteran with 8+ years of agency or entertainment experience, at least 2 years in direct people management, and a proven track record of placements that advance a talent’s career. High EQ: possess elite situational awareness, executive presence, and composure around high‑profile individuals. Culturally fluent strategist with a diverse media diet, understanding the nuances of entertainment and how digital strategy and brand partnerships humanize talent in 2026. Exceptional communicator, fast, persuasive writer and verbal storyteller who builds deep trust with clients and media. Highly organized and scrappy, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and delivering on every project.
