Step into an impactful Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity supporting elementary students in a vibrant school community. This SLP leave replacement position begins January 4th and is set to run through the end of March, with the possibility of extension based on district needs and your interest.

You'll be working onsite with a manageable caseload of 55 students, including both speech-only and resource students. With one dedicated elementary location, you can build strong connections and tailor your approach for optimal student progress. Experience a fulfilling schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 35 hours weekly, offering a great balance for work and life.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid SLP – CCC credential and California licensure for schools.
• Prior experience with school-based populations, especially elementary students.
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress documentation.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication with students, families, and educational teams.
• Ability to manage a diverse student caseload and accommodate a variety of learning needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on your caseload.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, resource staff, and families to support speech/language goals.
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions to ensure student success.
