Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center operates onsite, providing a dynamic setting where the interaction between therapists and patients is prioritized. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals in various stages of recovery, ranging from post-operative orthopedic cases to chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist at Rethink Counseling Center, you will work with patients of all ages, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each demographic.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge and skills in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Ability to assess and interpret age-specific data and issues in developing tailored plans of care.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric care will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits
