Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations, using evidence-based practices to devise individualized treatment plans that target their specific needs and functional goals.
• Deliver expert therapeutic services including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and a variety of modalities aimed at improving patient function and comfort.
• Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of our patients' health.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, guiding them on home exercise programs and strategies for preventing further injuries.
• Implement proactive fall prevention programs within the community settings to ensure patient safety, specifically in assisted living facilities.
• Stay updated with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities to continually enhance skill sets and treatment methodologies.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality while delivering the highest level of compassionate and effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on the geriatric population, which includes elderly patients who may be dealing with age-related conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain issues, or the effects of neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
