Rethink Counseling Center, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our rehabilitation team based in Jackson, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As our Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations for all assigned patients to establish effective treatment goals and customized rehabilitation programs.
• Implementing and administering individual treatment sessions, continuously monitoring progress and modifying approaches to maximize outcomes.
• Documenting patient progress and adhering strictly to the NJ State Practice Act, as well as regulations set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical standards while promoting a patient-centric approach that fosters trust and respect.
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of departmental policies and practices, including the establishment of best practice guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient focus includes adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those addressing chronic pain issues. Additionally, we assess and treat pediatric and geriatric patients who require tailored rehabilitation programs to improve their mobility and quality of life. Our therapists possess the skills necessary to communicate effectively with diverse age groups, ensuring that all patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Proficient understanding and experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Ability to effectively communicate, assess, and treat a varied demographic, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a background in specialized rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy or advanced post-surgical protocols, will be given preference. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and knowledge of outcome measurement tools is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
