Work Environment

The work environment at Back To Shape is both collaborative and supportive. As a Physical Therapist, you'll work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the physical conditions of patients to determine the most effective treatment strategies tailored to their individual needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and a comprehensive patient education approach.
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately three adult patients per hour, facilitating recovery for those typically aged 40-65 who may be experiencing a variety of orthopedic issues.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care, enhancing patient recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation utilizing CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while tracking patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient population consists of adults aged 40-65, many of whom present with complex orthopedic conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will create effective treatment pathways that utilize your expertise to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function to enhance their overall quality of life. Your role will be pivotal in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they receive compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required, with a preference for those who continue to pursue their Master's.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is essential.
• Proven skills in clinical judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting is highly desirable, although newly licensed therapists with a passion for learning are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
