Work Environment

The work setting is an outpatient office located in the heart of Lakewood, New Jersey, where collaboration and patient-centered care are at the forefront. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, providing a balanced work-life equilibrium.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at PT New Generation LLC, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse range of patients, with a focus on children and families.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Regularly evaluate progress by reassessing clinical signs and outcomes, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress reports.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery processes, potential challenges, and techniques to facilitate progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to overall business objectives to support the organization's growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within our organization to enhance care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Embody and promote the core values of PT New Generation LLC while serving as an ambassador for our mission and vision.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide array of patients, focusing on children of various backgrounds, ages, and diagnoses. Your ability to connect, inspire, and motivate this diverse group will play a crucial role in their rehabilitation journey and outcomes. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Flexibility to assess and treat patients in person as well as via telehealth services, when appropriate.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse patient base across different demographics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
