Work Environment

You will work on-site at our modern outpatient office in Toms River, where you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to improving the lives of our diverse patient population. The work schedule runs from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a structured routine while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing a comprehensive approach to identify unique rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a reasonable patient load to ensure individualized attention, allowing for optimal treatment outcomes.
• Employ advanced manual therapy techniques, addressing pain and mobility issues effectively.
• Guide patients through exercise regimens designed to strengthen and restore functionality while promoting non-surgical treatment options.
• Collaboratively work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care among healthcare providers.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans based on observable outcomes.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Maintain detailed records of patient care using EMR systems, specifically Web PT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license, with a clean record free from sanctions or board proceedings.

• Skilled in developing and executing effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for streamlined documentation and tracking of patient care.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy practices, informed by the latest research and clinical guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or sports medicine strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient engagement and interpersonal communication.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
