We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) to support day-to-day human resources operations and provide guidance across a broad range of HR functions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with employees and leadership, support a diverse workforce, and contribute to a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.

What You'll Do


As an HR Generalist, you'll play an important role in supporting employees, managers, and HR initiatives, including:

• Employee Relations & Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance in both English and Spanish. Assist with employee concerns, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and manager coaching.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Benefits & Leave Administration: Support employee benefits programs, open enrollment, and leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other applicable leave requirements.
• HR Compliance & Policies: Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist with developing, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• HRIS & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS data, and collaborate with payroll to support accurate and timely processing.
• Bilingual Communication: Communicate HR information, policies, training materials, and employee resources in English and Spanish to ensure accessibility and understanding across the workforce.
• Performance and Employee Engagement: Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, training, and workplace safety programs.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, including strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience in a generalist or comparable HR role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and other core HR functions.
• Experience using an HR information system (HRIS) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-shift work environment.
• Experience working with a diverse, multilingual workforce.
