Assembler – 1st Shift (Direct Placement)

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Join a high‑performance manufacturing team assembling HVAC units for commercial buses . You’ll work in a collaborative cell of 4–5 team members , completing your assigned section of the unit using hand and power tools. Once your portion is finished, the unit moves to the next team in the production flow. Precision, teamwork, and consistency are key.

• Work with a 4–5 person team to assemble HVAC units
• Use hand and power tools to complete assigned assembly tasks
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Handle small, medium, and large components with accuracy
• Maintain workflow efficiency by coordinating with the lead and supervisor
• Ensure quality, precision, and attention to detail throughout each build

• Modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility with bright lighting and temperature control
• Clean, organized, spacious production floor
• Brand‑new building with upgraded breakroom and amenities
• Standard shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Occasional extensions to 5:00 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $40000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
