We're looking for a Renewals Specialist who is organized, commercially minded, curious, and passionate about creating a great customer experience. In this role, you'll own the renewal process from planning through completion, working closely with Customer Success and Growth teams to retain customers, identify opportunities, and support our revenue goals.

What You'll Do

• Own and support the full B2Gnow subscription renewal process, including license management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, timelines, commercial negotiations, price increases, RFPs, invoice authorizations, and risk management.
• Lead renewal forecast discussions and proactively identify accounts that may be at risk.
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Growth Managers to achieve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals.
• Monitor customer consumption and product usage against contractual entitlements to identify opportunities for expansion and additional value.
• Connect customers with Growth Managers when additional products, services, or licenses may benefit their organization.
• Help develop and implement renewal best practices across the team.
• Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce data so our teams have the information they need to make informed decisions.
• Support customers across multiple B2Gnow solutions as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the renewal process.
• Travel to corporate locations approximately one to two times per year, as needed.
• Take ownership of additional projects and responsibilities that support the team and company.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers and cross-functional teams. You don't have to have every skill listed below, we're looking for someone with the right mindset and the ability to learn and grow.

• 1-2 years of professional or commercial experience, ideally in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing sales support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional follow-through, you do what you say you're going to do and keep others informed along the way.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in learning how your work impacts customers, teammates, and the business.
• Ability to take ownership, exercise good judgment, and be accountable for results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first mindset with an interest in identifying opportunities to create additional value.

Technology Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce and Jira.
• Comfort learning new systems and using technology to improve processes and customer outcomes.
