Payroll Administrator

We are partnered with a name brand company seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator for 4 weeks with possibility of conversion. Pay rate: $25-$30/hour. Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll and audits across multiple units Manage all employee profile changes: new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, wage and job changes Assist with W-2 accuracy and distribution Complete recurring compliance reports (Tip Report, BLS, Multiple Worksite) Reconcile deductions and vendor payments Support internal and external audits with reporting and documentation Handle HR/payroll projects including new hire mailings and employment verifications Apply working knowledge of payroll labor laws Required Qualifications High school diploma required; college/trade degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience Multi-unit payroll experience required; corporate support background preferred Proficiency in Excel and HCM systems (Paycom, Toast, or similar) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines Clear, professional communication with employees, vendors, and management at all levels The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
