Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Support the full accounts receivable cycle for U.S., Canada, and SDR operations.
• Perform daily cash application and maintain accurate AR records.
• Review Cash App Connect matches and support timely payment processing.
• Research, analyze, and resolve payment discrepancies and account variances.
• Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Process customer credit requests in accordance with company policies and approval guidelines.
• Review, track, and document returned payment notifications and follow-up actions.
• Provide supporting documentation and account analysis to Accounting and Finance teams.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Previous Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance experience preferred.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
