This full-time position provides both direct and consultative services to a diverse student population of approximately 14,000, offering a blend of in-person or hybrid flexibility. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, students, and families district-wide, delivering interventions, conducting assessments, and participating in team meetings to support students’ physical growth and development.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials aligned to school-based practice
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Comfort providing services both directly to students and via consultation with staff/families
• Ability to manage caseload responsibilities and document services appropriately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions and consultative services to support student access and participation
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine needs and progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Document progress, treatment plans, and compliance reports according to district guidelines
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and caregivers to integrate therapy with educational goals
• Provide in-person or hybrid support across multiple school sites as needed
