In this full-time Physical Therapist role, you’ll have the chance to work in person or in a hybrid model, supporting students district-wide with innovative and compassionate therapeutic services. The position spans the school year from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering the unique chance to make a lasting impact during a pivotal period for students’ educational journeys.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligibility prior to start date)
• Experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
• Comfort managing diverse caseloads, including evaluations and direct/consultative support
• Flexible approach and ability to adapt to both in-person and hybrid work environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students needing physical support for school participation
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret results for IEP teams
• Provide consultative guidance to staff and families, ensuring cohesive student support
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings, contributing to educational planning
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with district and legal standards
• Coordinate care across multiple sites within the district, serving a diverse student body
