This contract physical therapy opportunity is based near Romeoville, IL, and offers the choice of in-person or hybrid work. As a valued team member, you'll play a key role in providing essential services—direct therapy, consultative support, comprehensive evaluations, and active participation in student-focused meetings.

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure to practice Physical Therapy (PT) in Illinois
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to deliver services both in-person and in a hybrid setting, as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, families, and students
• Ability to organize and manage a district-wide caseload efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students throughout the district in accordance with IEP/504 plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and revise individualized support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to families, educators, and staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by district and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers and staff to establish and implement therapy strategies in classroom settings
