Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients' mental health concerns, including their strengths and available resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy, as well as family and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans that capture specific goals, interventions, and outcome measures tailored to each client.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessments to clients in distress, while also formulating safety plans as necessary.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups to promote mental health awareness within the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and adherence to ethical and legal standards in practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a lucrative sign-on bonus.
