Family Partner Acenda Integrated Health provides behavioral health programs across New Jersey. This role is located at the Family Success Center (FSCP) in Pennsville. Job Overview The Family Partner provides coordinated, community‑based, family‑friendly, culturally responsive and strength‑based voluntary services to enrich the family unit and address challenges that threaten family stability. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessment with each family to assess eligibility and need for prevention funds, and link families to resources when indicated. Develop and maintain a robust family engagement approach, providing prevention programs to families. Advocate for and/or with families as needed, increasing families' ability to problem‑solve and advocate for themselves and their children. Participate and assist in the coordination of center activities and events. Requirements Associate’s degree in a related field with relevant experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; access to an insured vehicle. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. Compensation Base pay: $18.27 per hour.
