JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, revenue-driven Demand Generation Manager to build and scale programs that create market demand, drive inbound pipeline, and grow brand awareness across our target segments. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role. The Demand Generation Manager will own the programs and channels that build awareness and create demand before buyers are in-market, while partnering closely with sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads convert to pipeline.

The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an operator. They are someone who understands the mechanics of modern B2B demand generation, can partner effectively across go-to-market functions, and is skilled at using data, automation, and intent signals to design programs that convert. This person must also have a deep understanding of industry marketing, be comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders, and thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale demand generation programs that deliver qualified pipelines, accelerate deals, and directly support revenue targets.
• Build and execute demand generation programs across the full funnel, from early-stage brand awareness and market education through mid-funnel nurture and conversion, coordinating with content, product marketing, and sales to bring programs to market.
• Partner with the Sales team to ensure marketing-sourced leads are properly qualified, handed off, and followed up on, creating a tight feedback loop between demand creation and sales execution.
• Collaborate tightly with sales leadership, product marketing, and content marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and offers with buyer needs and revenue goals.
• Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including brand awareness, content-driven, ABM, digital, and event-based initiatives, that move buyers from unaware to engaged across the full funnel.
• Leverage predictive buyer intent signals, account planning frameworks, and funnel analytics to prioritize programs and maximize conversion.
• Must have experience guiding execution, optimization, and performance measurement across campaigns and programs.
• Establish campaign KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards with a focus on MQL volume, inbound pipeline contribution, brand reach, and program ROI.
• Champion a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous optimization through A/B testing, segmentation, and ROI analysis.
• Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to inform go-to-market strategy and strengthen messaging resonance.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record building full-funnel demand generation programs, from early-stage awareness through pipeline conversion.
• Strong grasp of buyer journeys, account planning, and intent signals to prioritize where and how to invest.
• Experience partnering with SDR/BDR teams on lead handoff and follow-up to keep marketing and sales tightly aligned.
• Platform Integration: Experience syncing Marketo with Zoom and Salesforce, including campaign creation and status syncing
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Marketo Proficiency : 2+ years hands-on experience with program management, smart campaigns, email execution, and lead lifecycle workflows
• Smart Campaigns & Automation : Configure smart lists, batch and trigger campaigns, and lead lifecycle programs; set up flow steps for data appending and program status changes
• Familiarity with demand generation tools such as ZoomInfo and LeanData is a plus.

Base Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000/year
