Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders, including assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to understand their mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring that their unique goals and circumstances are addressed effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver structured and effective treatment interventions.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques that enhance recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans in accordance with their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will focus primarily on individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
