Account Manager - DC Territory

Guardant Health seeks an Account Manager for the DC territory to manage customer relationships and support operational execution of oncology diagnostic tests. The role involves field-based client service, cross-functional collaboration, and account development in a remote-based position.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based customer service and coordinate account management across Guardant Health clients
• Operationalize healthcare provider requests and facilitate timely sample collection for diagnostic tests
• Resolve customer orders and reporting issues through cross-functional collaboration
• Identify commercial trends within accounts and communicate feedback to company leadership
• Develop relationships with existing and new customers to align company capabilities with client needs

Requirements

• 0-3 years customer service or sales experience
• Experience in diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or pharma preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
• Frequent travel throughout assigned territory required
• Must reside within assigned DC territory

Compensation: $77,200 - $106,150 base
