Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Your role is crucial in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring they have the strategies and tools necessary to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and fully independent license to practice in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature that allows for meaningful client interactions.

• Proficiency in digital platforms and software for teletherapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes a sign-on bonus, a yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 based on hours worked, and weekly direct deposits.
