Kitchen & Office Support Coordinator

A growing private equity firm focused on consumer brands is seeking a Kitchen & Office Support Coordinato r. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping spaces organized, clean, and running smoothly day to day.

Location/Hour s: On-site in Midtown East, NYC working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000–$60,000 base (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining our office kitchens, pantry spaces, and supply areas:

Kitchen & Pantry Operations

• Keep kitchens clean, stocked, and organized throughout the day
• Collect and wash dishes, manage dishwashers, and maintain appliances
• Restock snacks, beverages, and supplies
• Monitor cleanliness and quickly address spills or upkeep needs
• Coordinate with building staff on trash/recycling and maintenance

Office & Meeting Support

• Set up and clean up meeting spaces
• Support general office upkeep and organization

Inventory & Organization

• Maintain and organize office supply/storage areas
• Track inventory and restock items as needed
• Receive and organize incoming shipments

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, facilities, office support, or similar
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized space
• Ability to lift/carry up to ~40 lbs and move between floors during the day
• Friendly, professional attitude
