Credit Risk & Pricing Strategy Manager

Location: SF Bay Area – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/Week) Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Credit Risk & Pricing Strategy Engagement Manager to develop and optimize credit risk, underwriting, and pricing strategies for FinTech and lending businesses. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate analytics into actionable business strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize credit risk, underwriting, and pricing strategies . Analyze portfolio, funnel, and credit performance trends to improve profitability and risk outcomes. Evaluate origination channels and recommend strategy improvements. Partner with Product, Risk, Analytics, and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives. Present insights, recommendations, and business impacts to senior leadership and clients . Lead analytical engagements from strategy through execution. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in Banking, FinTech, lending, or credit risk. Strong experience in Credit Risk Strategy, Underwriting, and Pricing . Experience with consumer lending and/or credit cards . Strong SQL and Python skills. Experience with origination/acquisition channels and credit strategy optimization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) Financing . Experience with third-party lending/origination channels. Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field. #J-18808-Ljbffr TalenXis
