Job Summary Service Center Mount Vernon – Office Administrator. Responsible for supporting front‑office teammates with tools, training, and information; providing timely payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping; maintaining accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash‑handling procedures; delivering a world‑class customer experience and enforcing SOPs through training and monitoring. Responsibilities Assist front‑office teammates with tools, training, and information. Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR related administration and recordkeeping. Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash‑handling procedures to company standards. Ensure consistent application of company SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring, delivering a world‑class customer experience. Benefits Immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment. 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred). Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Abilities, Skills & Knowledge Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite. Thread through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment. Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
