Intake Director
Mom's Meals
Mom’s Meals is seeking an Intake Director to lead our intake operations, ensuring individuals quickly and accurately begin receiving our nutritious home-delivered meals. In this role, you will oversee referral processing, eligibility verification, and onboarding, partnering closely with health plans, government programs, and internal teams. You will design and refine workflows, monitor service levels, and drive quality, compliance, and data accuracy. Leading and developing your team, you’ll foster a mission-driven, compassionate culture that prioritizes client safety, reliability, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
