Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Fusion Wellness Center, your primary focus will be on working with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individual and family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples while also providing individual therapy as required.
\n
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
\n
• Addressing various challenges such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts through evidence-based therapeutic methods.
\n
• Utilizing digital tools for telehealth services, ensuring that care is delivered efficiently and effectively, regardless of location.
\n
• Maintaining detailed patient records, treatment progress notes, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adults and children/adolescents, dealing with a variety of issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT state license

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field

Compensation and Benefits\n
