Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm

About the Front Desk Receptionist Role:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries

• Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations of the facility

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

• Provide general administrative support to the facility

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Welcome and direct visitors, residents, and families to various areas of the facility

• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and reports

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and events

• Perform data-entry tasks and maintain computerized records

• Provide support to other departments as needed

Front Desk Receptionist Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting

• Ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday shifts)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Familiarity with computerized systems and software
