Sourcing Specialist

Job TitleJob Description: This position is responsible for managing the RFQ (request for quotation) process as well as new vendor set up and PPV (published price variance)/Re-quote claims.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage quarterly RFQ process for the site with both domestic and overseas suppliers.Drive for cost saving and MOQ (minimum order quantity)/MP Q (minimum package quantity) and Lead Time optimization.Validate/document all RFQ information from suppliers, complete quotation reports and submit all pricing for customer's approval timely.Set up new vendors by working with the Legal and Finance departments.Maintain accurate data in ERP (enterprise resource planning) system and ensure data compliance between internal and external systems.Issue quarterly Schedule Agreement for the site.Assist with resolution of pricing discrepancy and GR (goods received) issues.Identify opportunities and work to get approval from customers for PPV (published price variance)/Re-quote.Work with logistic team on shipment freight estimationPerform other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel required, including v-lookup and pivot tablesBilingual in Mandarin preferredStrong communication (written and verbal) skillsExcellent customer service skillsMust be self-motivated and able to work in a teamEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred.Minimum of 2 years of purchasing or commodity management preferredContract electronic manufacturing experience is a plus.CLOUD NETWORK TECHNOLOGY USA, INC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
