As a Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Driver in Wilmington, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to site needs with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue02:30 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:30 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting suspicious or unauthorized access attempts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be able to ride a bike.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
