Geotechnical Engineer

Responsibilities Plan and prepare geotechnical investigations and design activities with significant impact on major company programs. Participate in marketing efforts with internal and external clients. Organize, conduct, coordinate, and manage geotechnical investigations for water and related projects. Perform geotechnical analyses, prepare reports, and coordinate with designers to implement recommendations. Act as a Technical Specialist on large‑scale projects as needed. Supervise professionals, technicians, and design teams as needed. Demonstrate willingness to travel and occasionally adjust personal schedule to meet project requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location (e.g., PE or P.Eng). Experience with Microsoft Office, MicroStation or other relevant software. Experience with GeoStudio/Ensoft slope stability, settlement, seepage and deep foundation response software. Experience with Bentley suite of geotechnical data management and visualization software (gINT/OpenGround/LeapFrog). Commitment to being an active participant in our employee‑owned culture. Employee Status: Regular. Estimated compensation based on skills, experience, education and geographic location: Minnesota – $80,262 to $114,660.
