We are passionate about multiplying possibilities for our employees and our partners.Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness.**Key Essential Functions/Duties:*** Facilitate and lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools.* Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.* Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions to address performance gaps.* Train and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.* Monitor and report on project outcomes, including cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements.* Support the development and deployment of standard work, visual management, and performance metrics.* Promote a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, communication, and recognition.* Collaborate with leadership to align CI initiatives with strategic goals and KPIs.* Maintain documentation and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.**Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process engineering.* Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.* Experience with CI tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, and PDCA.* Proficiency in data analysis and project management software.Roskam Foods offers a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, tuition reimbursement, life and disability insurance, and a 401 (k) plan with company match.AAP/EEO Statement: Roskam Foods is a recognized veteran-friendly and equal opportunity employer.We are excited to introduce you to all that Roskam has to offer—from the many valuable benefits to programs that support your lifestyle needs and opportunities for professional development.
