Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Embrace Shift Wellness, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families to address their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples while also conducting individual sessions to ensure comprehensive support for all family members.

• Address a range of issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to deliver effective therapeutic interventions, guiding clients through challenging life transitions and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment plan that considers both mental and physical health aspects.

• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, spanning individuals, couples, and families that include children and adolescents. Qualifications\n
