Service Operations Leader

What You'll Do Improve service department processes and customer satisfaction. Assist with training, mentoring, and implementing best practices throughout the company. Work closely with Service Managers, technicians, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Support special projects and operational initiatives directed by the Service Director. Support International dealership operational standards and compliance initiatives. Provide vacation and staffing relief for Service Advisors and Service Managers. Travel to dealership locations as business needs require (day trips are typical). What We\'re Looking For Leadership or Service Manager experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Mechanical knowledge of medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks is preferred. Ability to build relationships with customers, technicians, and coworkers. Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
