Analyst Customer Support – Indianola, PA / Remote USA The Analyst Customer Support provides comprehensive customer service and support across multiple channels for business and end-consumer customers. Responsibilities include handling post-sale inquiries, resolving technical and non-technical issues via phone, online chat, or text, and providing in-person assistance at distribution centers or service facilities. The role ensures compliance with consumer laws and develops proactive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Act as a liaison for O2B activities between the Radiology Business Unit, the Shared Services Organization, and other operational entities. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain service levels. Process customer orders and coordinate pricing resolution to prevent issues. Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, sales, marketing, and logistics. Provide primary phone coverage and coordinate assignments to maximize service levels. Facilitate effective resolution of customer issues and capture feedback for improvement opportunities. Act as first line contact, exercising independence to meet and anticipate customer needs. Design and participate in projects to increase operational efficiencies. Recommend process improvements and provide performance feedback to team members. Maintain account information with Sales, including contract reviews, quotations, and pricing reports. Execute data governance responsibilities for MDG-based customer master data requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service roles. At least 2 years of experience in a sales, logistics, or customer service operation with interaction with finance, credit, and supply chain environments. Proficiency with SAP, Oracle Business Intelligence, Vistex Contracting System, and EDI transaction sets. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and collaborate with the sales force. Knowledge of healthcare business nomenclature and supply chain activities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Salary range: $52,960.00 to $79,440.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive component.
