Associate Clearing Investigation Specialist

Job Description Job Title: Associate – Clearing Investigation Specialist Department/Team: Operation Management Department Reports to: Director – Investigation Officer Summary: This is a full‑time position responsible for payment investigation, compensation processing, and approval. Responsibilities Investigate and compensate payment cases in related systems. Process payment inquiries using clearing/investigation systems and other communication tools if needed. Prepare payment vouchers and instructions after investigation. Monitor transactions and activities throughout the day. Monitor and resolve outstanding cases. Reconcile outstanding suspense and other accounts. Analyze, monitor and report on the investigation business. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Education and Experience Requirements BA or BS in Finance or related field. At least two years’ experience in Fund Transfer or Payment Investigation. Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of international payments, SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, US Dollar clearing and settlement. Understanding of English language structure, meaning, spelling, grammar; Chinese language ability preferred for communication with ICBC. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office software. Mathematical skills for problem solving. Active listening skills and ability to ask clarifying questions. Analytical ability to evaluate results and choose the best solution.
