What You'll Do

• Lead all back-of-house operations, including culinary execution, staffing, scheduling, and training
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Manage food and labor costs while driving operational efficiency
• Collaborate on seasonal menu development and culinary innovation
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing kitchen team
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven Executive Chef experience in an upscale, chef-driven, or fine dining environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality and consistency

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
• Attainable Bonus: $10,000 - $15,000 annually
• 10 Days PTO after 90 days
• 5 Sick Days
