Benefits 401(k) Employee discounts Paid time off Position Overview Keep Active Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical and wellness practice. This is a full-time, hands-on clinical nursing position focused on IV therapy, blood draws, injections, and patient care. Primary Responsibilities Start and monitor IV therapy infusions Perform venipuncture and blood draws Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections Administer GLP-1 injections, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Administer vitamin and wellness injections as ordered Monitor patients during treatments Provide patient education regarding injections and treatments Review patient charts and provider orders before administering medications or treatments Accurately document treatments, medications, and patient care in the EMR Follow proper medication administration and injection protocols Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas Assist with general clinic flow and patient care as needed Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and clinic policies and procedures Work collaboratively with providers and other members of the clinical team Qualifications Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong IV placement and phlebotomy skills Experience administering IM and subcutaneous injections Previous IV infusion experience strongly preferred Health, wellness, med spa, or outpatient clinic experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented What We’re Looking For Is confident with IVs, blood draws, and injections Pays close attention to medication orders, dosing, and documentation Provides excellent patient care and makes patients feel comfortable Is dependable and willing to help the team when needed Can manage multiple patients and responsibilities efficiently Takes initiative and helps keep the clinic running smoothly Has a positive and professional attitude Schedule Full-Time Weekday availability during clinic hours of 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Schedule will be based on clinic staffing and patient needs Flexibility is required to help provide appropriate clinic coverage Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time position Opportunity for growth Employee discount Supportive team environment Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher preferred Experience IV infusion experience: Preferred Phlebotomy/blood draw experience: Required IM and subcutaneous injection experience: Required Health and wellness or outpatient clinical experience: Preferred EMR experience: Preferred License/Certification Active Virginia RN License: Required BLS/CPR Certification: Required Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
