Fire Protection Sales - New Construction

We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Sales professional to join our team and help grow new construction business.

Founded in 1976 , we are an established fire protection contractor with nearly 50 years in the industry. We offer the stability, experience, and resources of a long-standing company while maintaining the flexibility, accessibility, and personal environment of a smaller organization.

We have built our business on long-term customer relationships, quality work, and the ability to get projects done without unnecessary layers of management or corporate bureaucracy.

This position is for someone who already understands the fire sprinkler industry. You know how to read plans, understand project scope, work with general contractors and owners, develop relationships, follow opportunities, and turn those opportunities into awarded work.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, owners, and other industry partners
• Pursue and sell new construction fire sprinkler projects
• Review plans, specifications, bid invitations, and project requirements
• Identify opportunities and follow projects from initial lead through award
• Prepare and coordinate proposals and estimates
• Follow up consistently on outstanding proposals and upcoming work
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contract terms
• Maintain relationships after the sale and help turn customers into repeat customers
• Work directly with company leadership, estimating, operations, and field personnel
• Help identify new customers and markets while continuing to grow existing relationships

What We're Looking For

Fire sprinkler sales experience is required.

The right person should have a working knowledge of the commercial fire sprinkler industry and understand how sprinkler projects move from bid invitation to contract.

We are especially interested in someone who:

• Has existing experience selling commercial fire sprinkler work
• Understands new construction bidding and contracting
• Can communicate comfortably with general contractors and customers
• Knows how to manage a pipeline without needing constant supervision
• Follows up and closes opportunities instead of simply sending proposals
• Is organized, dependable, and accountable
• Can build long-term customer relationships
• Understands that successful sprinkler sales requires both technical knowledge and relationship building

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, industry knowledge, relationships, and proven sales ability .
