About the Role In this role, you’ll be a key leader within the Operations department, driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives including service, cost, margin, and planning improvements. The ideal candidate has a background in Operations and/or Strategy, a passion for process improvement, and strength in developing relationships between teams. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Operations Excellence. This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $130,000 to $155,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates. What You'll Do Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic objectives and improvements across Operations and cross‑functionally. Lead strategic, performance improvement, and software projects end-to-end— from identifying opportunities, defining analysis, leading data collection, assessing findings, synthesizing learnings, and driving implementation. Deliver executive‑quality presentations and written communications to gain stakeholder buy‑in during times of hyper‑growth and change. Perform ad hoc analyses including financial/operational modeling, process design, and research. Contribute as a flexible all‑around team player—your responsibilities will constantly be growing and evolving based on business needs. About You The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical problem solving skills, executive communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity. 5+ years experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analytics roles. Demonstrated experience and understanding of supply chain operations in an e‑commerce or retail setting. Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup and/or CPG is a plus. Highly detailed, organized, and structured problem solver. Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Science, Business Admin., Economics, Finance preferred. People development and managerial experience, with direct reports, is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
