Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in one-on-one and group settings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on working with a diverse population of clients, many of whom have limited access to mental health care. You will provide vital support to individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years’ professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) software and various technological tools relevant to remote counseling.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and availability of a caseload.
