Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality clinical consultations to our clinical team on mental health issues across various patient demographics, focusing on geriatric populations and individuals with substance use disorders.

• Effectively interpret and communicate critical information related to patient and family histories, ensuring that all relevant data is relayed to staff and other providers to aid in treatment planning.

• Coordinate and collaborate in the planning of individual patient care plans, especially concerning the home environment and social factors affecting mental health.

• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client while adhering to best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes following client sessions, utilizing our client management system to document therapeutic interventions and outcomes.

• Participate in case reviews and contribute to team discussions aimed at improving quality of care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall objectives and mission of El Centro Behavioral Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including both geriatric patients facing age-specific challenges and individuals dealing with substance use disorders. You will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support that addresses mental health issues, fosters resilience, and cultivates overall wellness in our clients. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Valid and independent licensure in one of the following: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Strong capacity to efficiently complete progress notes and essential documentation after client sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
