Financial Reporting Analyst

Financial Reporting Analyst Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the development and ongoing maintenance of financial reports and dashboards using various software programs. This is a full‑time, in‑office position responsible for delivering reporting solutions that align financial and operational reporting needs. As Financial Reporting Analyst, you will work cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, and Operations to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions, support system updates, and ensure reporting accuracy, performance, and documentation. What You’ll Do: Partner with various internal teams to gather data requests and develop reports to provide further insight/analysis Design, build, and maintain custom reports Evaluate software updates and releases to determine reporting impact and recommend necessary changes Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards Support and troubleshoot existing reports to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and reporting processes What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher Three to five years of experience in financial reporting using Workday and Adaptive Understanding of ERP and EPM system concepts Ability to translate business requirements into functional reporting solutions Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment Workday Financials certification preferred Additional Information Only individuals with required experience will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
