Location: Century City, CA Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 + bonus (DOE) Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Opportunity An established real estate investment and property management group based in West LA is seeking a hands‑on accounting professional to join its growing team. This role will support a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed‑use assets across Los Angeles County, collaborating directly with senior leadership and operations to strengthen financial reporting, process efficiency, and overall portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations across multiple entities within an expanding real estate portfolio. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses. Lead or assist with month‑end close, CAM reconciliations, draw packages, and lender/investor reporting. Support audits, tax prep, and other external reporting requirements. Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives. Partner cross‑functionally with property management and leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 5–10+ years of experience in real estate accounting (property management, investment, or development). Strong knowledge of Yardi and multi‑entity accounting. Skilled in Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas) and financial reporting. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
