• Provide Windows, software, and hardware support, onsite in a corporate environment
• Perform device imaging, configuration, and migration using approved tools and procedures, including SCCM and other deployment technologies
• Follow and maintain PC Services build checklists
• Deploy IT machines to end users
• Assist with migrating users from old computers to new Windows 11 devices
• Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & other audio/ visual equipment
• Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing
• Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity
• Software, patches and updates installation using corporate distribution tools
• Support interdepartmental moves, office changes, and workstation relocations.
• Follow appropriate KB articles and Best Business Practices
• Manage workload via ticketing software
• Prioritize and complete work in a group and independently with minimal supervision
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support workstation moves and lifecycle projects, and assist with conference room, collaboration, and remote-access initiatives.
• Smart Hands remote support for offsite resolver groups
• Assist with conference room and audio/visual equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1 year onsite or 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment
• Willing to embrace innovative tools and technology such as AI and IT health monitoring software to expedite resolution and enhance customer experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain composure while handling challenging, dynamic, rapid-response support
• Experience with Microsoft Office/ Office 365 suite
• End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
• End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
• ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred
• Ability to walk, bend, stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
• Maintain neat and professional work area and appearance in compliance with site policies
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Maintain valid driver"s license
• Ability to pass standard panel drug screening and background check
• Physical presence at Client location during shift (5days a week)
• Adhere to assigned shift schedule
