Participate in contract negotiations and execute tactical sourcing activities. Confirm necessary procedural controls exist. Identify any potential risk or compliance issues. Ensure all contract documentation is compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Prepare reports as needed. Manage vendor relationship, monitoring vendor performance to include compliance, quality, and service. Resolve associated issues promptly. Collaborate with business units, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Act as business advisor to internal customers. Perform other duties as assigned.
