Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Attorney in Douglasville, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, litigation, and client management skills, along with the ability to mentor junior associates and paralegals. Duties Provide high‑level legal representation and counsel to clients. Manage and oversee complex cases from intake through resolution. Lead courtroom proceedings, hearings, and trials when necessary. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff. Develop case strategies, review legal documents, and ensure compliance with firm standards. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and effective advocacy. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia (or eligible to practice in Georgia). Minimum of 7‑10 years of legal experience. Strong litigation and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and lead teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia (or eligible to practice in Georgia).
