Director, US Regional Marketing ENT & Instruments

Integra LifeSciences seeks a senior marketing leader to direct US commercial strategy for ENT and surgical instruments portfolios. The Director will develop integrated marketing plans, oversee product launches, lead a marketing team, and drive revenue growth across capital equipment and disposable segments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute US commercial marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and business planning
Lead commercialization of new products including positioning, value proposition development, and launch readiness
Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare systems, and strategic customers across markets
Partner with sales leadership on commercial programs, sales tools, and value-based selling resources
Build and develop high-performing marketing team while establishing KPIs and monitoring commercial ROI

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
15+ years total work experience, 10+ years progressive medical device or life sciences marketing
3+ years people leadership experience managing high-performing teams
Demonstrated success launching products in complex healthcare markets and driving market share growth
Strong understanding of healthcare provider purchasing, hospital economics, and FDA compliance
Experience partnering with field sales and executive leadership in medical device commercialization
